A good measure of a business is how they respond to a customer complaint. In this case, the business offered a few options to resolve, which I appreciated, and we came to a solution which we were all comfortable with. I adjusted my rating accordingly from 1 star to 4

Disappointed. I purchased and had installed an Otter brand iPhone screen protector because the staff member told me it had a lifetime warranty not to crack/chip. It did seem a little too good to be true (!) My partner was with me and heard the same message from the staff member, so he also had one put on his phone too. Within a few months both of our screen protectors had cracked/chipped.
I went back to the store with my receipts etc and was told that there is no such warranty on the protector. The staff member said he could not assist with the issue of the incorrect info we were given and said he would notify the boss to get in touch with me (boss was overseas). I never heard back from the boss. I nearly purchased a different product from this store once and then found the same product in a phone stall a few metres away at a much lower cost. so I went there instead. Next time I’ll know better than to attend this store
